CRIS is committed to protecting your privacy while delivering the software that brings you the convenience you desire in Indian Railways. This privacy statement governs your use of the CMM. It does not apply to other online or offline CRIS sites, services, or apps.

The CMM Desktop, IR-Electrical Escorting Mobile, Coach Mitra Mobile, and Train जल मित्र Mobile Applications are designed and developed for the use of Indian Railways Mechanical and Electrical Departments, including Coaching Yards, Train Duty, IOH, Sick Line, and onboard railway staff, as well as outsourced staff of the Depots.

You are offered the opportunity to participate in the App Rating Program. The App Rating Program collects information about your experience with the application through ratings. We use this information to improve the quality, reliability, and performance of our apps and services.

Security of Your Information

CRIS respects and protects the privacy of individuals who use CRIS's services and is committed to helping protect the security of your information. However, the application does not capture any individually identifiable information about you.
